Frozen yoghurt berry bites
These frozen yoghurt berry bites are a delicious protein-packed snack idea or a great healthy dessert treat for both kids and adults.
And they couldn’t be any easier to make!
INGREDIENTS
– Greek Yoghurt
– Your favourite berries
METHOD
Simply spread your choice of yoghurt on a lined baking tray and top with chopped berry pieces. Try adding nuts or granola for crunch. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Easy peasy!
When set, break into pieces and store in a ziploc bag for up to 3 months.
