Baked Feta Pasta
For an easy weeknight pasta dish that’s fuss-free and flavourful, you have to try this baked feta pasta. The dish pretty much looks after itself, with all the magic happening in the oven. Made with just a handful of ingredients, it’s SO quick and EASY and sure to be a hit.
ingredients
2 punnets cherry or grape tomatoes
1 block smooth feta
as much garlic as you want
a splash of extra-virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
fresh thyme & basil
cooked drained pasta
method
Prehat oven to 180°C.
Place feta in the centre of a large, shallow baking tray.
Surround with tomatoes and garlic.
Top with fresh thyme.
Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes or until feta starts to brown.
Remove tray from oven and use a fork to crush the feta, tomatoes and garlic.
Add cooked drained pasta and toss to combine.
Scatter over fresh basil leaves and serve.
