Planted by Nicole: rare, unique, unusual and collector’s plants
Garden Terrace has just got more beautiful now that Nicole Dykes has established her horticulture studio in Mawson Lakes and turned a dry footpath into an attractive streetscape with native plantings.
Nicole is a horticulturist, which means she specialises in plants, garden design and interior plantscapes. Her studio Planted by Nicole is a large shop full of spectacular plants in pots, air plants, cacti, succulents, designer plants and variegated varieties. There’s a wealth of Christmas gifts to be found here.
“Our plants are popular on balconies and indoors, although we do sell outdoor and edible plants as well,” she said.
Many people are worried that their indoor plants won’t thrive so I am here to help. I can go to a location and advise on the right plants for the conditions and how to care for them. If needed I will visit an office, shop or home on a regular basis and care for plants to keep them looking splendid.
